Complete maintenance.
Incase of complete maintenance you will create together with El Holandes Landscaping a personal maintenance program for a complete year. In according to the set agreements, our professional landscapers will visit you garden regularly and carry out all tasks established in the contract. In case of complete maintenance, all care of your garden will we taken out of your hands all you are supposed to do is enjoy our results.
After installation service contract
We offer you a service contract of minimum of one year. This service is especially for recent owners on a new installed garden. They have invested a fair amount and they would like to work in the garden to keep it in shape. They are at the same time missing the experience and knowhow and need to learn how manage their landscape. Especially the first garden year calls many questions, one has to get acquainted to the new landscape and its needs. If one stands alone I may result that possible problems are not being noticed on time or neglected with damage as a result. To prevent deception and extra costs we prefer to offer preventive maintenance to guide you and your new garden thru its first year together. This service contact counts with a so called watching eye: it is the professional guidance to address the main points of your new garden. We are there as a consultant and to help. We recommend you to take our advices especially the first year very serious. Under our guidance you will get to know your garden inside out.
Periodic maintenance.
Periodic maintenance is more guiding maintenance. You do the parts of maintenance which you gladly want to carryout yourself. Think about lawn mowing or the pruning of hedges and El Holandes Landscaping takes care of the other tasks. In reality this means that our maintenance team will visit your garden approximately each 8 weeks. During our visit we will fine tune your garden. Sometimes this is more work then others. Incase wanted we can offer you a fixed year program so you can tell when we are coming again.
Yearly maintenance
The yearly maintenance option is for garden owners whom find themselves great pleasure in maintaining their garden and only twice of thrice a year need the assistance of a professional. For instance: the pruning of trees and scrubs is an area of expertise for which many garden owners consult us. Also sod renovation or relocation of plants is sometimes difficult for people. What about advice on fertilization, pest and disease control. It is nice to have a professional visiting your landscape a few times a year which helps you keeping your garden in shape.
One-Time Clean Up
One-time clean ups can be done anytime of the year. They can include services like, pruning, weeding, mowing, edging, blowing, fertilizer applications, debris haul off and more... We take care of it all! You can customize your clean up job according the specific needs of your landscape.
